The NTHS Girls’ Volleyball Program is intended to be a positive team experience for each and every player.  Our goal is for players to love the game of volleyball, both while practicing and competing.  With a team first attitude, we will provide an environment promoting a strong work ethic and determination that works to build the character of each athlete while supporting their teammates.​

Check the practice calendar regularly.  Practice times are generally the same each week and changes will be posted on the calendar.

Practice starts promptly at the start time posted.  Please arrive at least 15 minutes early practice to help set up the nets and get yourself ready.
